This booklet WAS almost never out of stock. When there were only a few copies left, I just made a new edition.
But it looks like the 16the edition was the last one so far. For personal reasons I just don't have the time to make a new edition.
The only think I can do right now is put you on a list op people who are interested in a possible 17th edition.
