Contents of the booklet
This booklet does not
contain a story, but I think it does
contain some interesting items for the
real Kinks-fans, especially the song texts and record covers. Contents of the
last (16th) edition
that was ready in September 1999 (number of pages
between brackets):

unofficial Kinks-songs, again apart from 3 instrumentals (20) and
16 out of 44 vocal covers of Kinks-compositions that are never recorded by The
Kinks (4).
[I'm
very sorry, but I'm really missing too much of 10 songs from "Chorus
girls", 4 songs from "80 days"
and all 14 songs from "The flat lands" to publish them; any help
on these song texts is very appreciated!]

- 3 Kinks family trees (3)
- Line ups
& some names (2)

Since Doug Hinman's book "You really got me / An
illustrated world discography of The Kinks, 1964-1993"
and its "1994-96/97
supplement (with additions and corrections)" have been
published I don't consider the
discography part of my booklet of that much importance anymore. When you have
them you know why.
It's the ultimate Kinks-bible.
